Dudley Lake House is rented for daily use, except there is a minimum of two days on race weekends. A 12% deposit is required for all reservations. 

Reservations for race weekends that are canceled less that two weeks before the date of a race your stay will result in the loss of your deposit.

In the event that another guest replaces your cancelled reservation, the cancellation fee will be fully refunded to you.
