The Shackelford Lake House is privately owned by Jamie and Ruffin Shackelford.  

Beautiful lake view from 3 bedrooms, living and kitchen areas.  The large wrap-around porch has tables, rocking chairs, etc., inviting all to sit awhile. The covered boat dock also has table and chairs.  You may want to paddle in the canoe!!

This is a lively home that is constantly filled with people. The owners have a second home in the mountains of North Carolina.  When the Shackelford's are at their mountain home, this one is available for rental.

The Shackelfords have a passion for helping disadvantaged kids. Their decision to make the lake house available for rent is influenced by their desire to raise funds for a very special project. Your rent payments will go, in part, to support Youth for Christ, a non-profit organizations founded in Roxboro, NC, by the owners of this lake house.
