Keel Hill is rented for daily use, except there is a minimum of two days on public race weekends. A 12% deposit is required for all reservations. 

Reservations for public race weekends that are canceled less than two weeks before the date of arrival, will result in the loss of your deposit.

In the event that another guest replaces your cancelled reservation, the cancellation fee will be fully refunded to you.
