8 is the maximum number of overnight guests. There are 3 bedrooms for 6 people and a 2-person hide-a-bed sofa in the TV room.

Large master bedroom with bath. (King size bed.)

2 other bedrooms with double beds in each share a large bathroom.  (One bedroom is pictured with a double bed, but can be exchanged to 2 single beds as needed.)

The second story sleeping level has easy access ground entry for convenient luggage delivery

Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Laundry and 1/2 bath are on main floor

The third floor (with hide-a-bed) includes a finished attic containing a video tape library, a fax machine, an Internet Appliance, TV/VCR and games for children. 

Full kitchen includes dishes, dishwasher, utensils, pots and pans and many small appliances.
