Organizational Development

Organizational Development (OD) is both an art and a science. Organizations may develop haphazardly or intentionally. The Wel-Fi OD motion is being guide by George Everding, former business director of Willow Creek Church in Illinois and currently owner of Subway franchises in North Carolina.

Darrow Miller, Food for the Hungry, writes that a people can not be rescued from economic crisis apart from impacting their world view. the Help for the Hungry Project contains a strategy for impacting and transforming world the world views of the participants.  The OD and training policies and procedures developed for HFTH will be made available to the business and agencies that use Wel-Fi.
