Significant Meetings in Mexico
Nearly all of these meeting were arranged by Dr.
Jaime Almonte, my host and a director at
Financiera Rural in Mexico City. Jaime is a spiritual man
with an incredible testimony. His wife was a street waif who found love in
a hard working man. I will tell her story in the future. It is amazing…
Dr. Jose Antonio Mead – Executive Director of
Financiera Rural
He instructed Dr. Almonte to pursue the project. All
other directors were informed of this directive.
Dr. Roberto Moya – General Director of Financiera
Rural (Dr. Almonte’s direct boss)
I traveled with him to the project site at Xochimilco
where he acted as a salesman on my behalf to explain the project to the
farmers. He has been following all developments. He will meet with Javier
next week.

Institutional Development for Financiera Rural
At one time he was a presidential candidate in
Mexico. He was in charge of distributing private lands. He felt that there
was more to do and has been a proponent of “backyard agriculture” for
years. He has traveled 3 times to the Xochimilco project area promoting
our project.
Jesus Davila -

the metal used in the HFTH projects. Jesus heads a program that enables
Daecero to promote rural agriculture projects that use their products.
When HFTH is released nationally in Mexico, Jesus will create a nationwide
marketing program at the expense of Daecero.
Various Leaders of Productores Xochimilco Florido,
SPR de RL
They are universally behind creating a project in
their community. I have walked the land among the people and verified the
suitability of the plots and common ground for a project.
Hector Padilla – Congressman/Financial Controller

He signs the checks and get money form congress. He
is enthusiastic and is talking about doing 2 pilot projects
simultaneously. He is going to give us his settled position on the matter
on Monday.

environment.
Pastor Benjamin Rivera
– nationally recognized pastor
He is heading the national
wide Billy Graham crusade by contacting 2000 pastors. He has been in many
of our meetings and had me preach in his church. This man is the
spiritual force behind what I am doing. He believes in it and is
introducing me to powerful people.
Gabriel
Acero – Pastor with targeted ministry to the very rich in Mexico
He said he would promote
$3500 donations to be used to produce language classes for indigenous
people.
Sergio Reyes – General
Director of The Institute of Rural Agriculture
A former under-secretary
of agriculture; his organization will be the technical service provider
that will conduct engineering surveys. He will subcontract us to do the
work. This arrangement is the result of a requirement that technicians be
registered in Mexico and residents of Mexico.
Isabel Cruz Hernàndez –
General Director Association of Mexican Credit Unions
Her organization oversees
the release of credit to very poor people. She has been working with the
rural poor for over 30 years. She will meet with me again to reveal how
they process credit. She will have our engineering team visit her rural
office to learn first hand how we can interface with the things that they
do.
Nancy Chahin –
President or Director of Mexican Credit Unions
My meeting with her was
cancelled, but she has our information and will be a future resource.
Enrique Dominquez
Lucero – Director General of the National Swine Producers Association
He is the most pessimistic
person I have met, but he agreed to share essential market information
needed for developing a business plan for backyard agriculture activities.
David Leyva Mendoza -
Director General and Catalina Mendoz Arredondo President Congregation
Trinitarian
These people have 100
million dollars to spending matching grants to the poor as the result of
activities installing internet services in remote villages. They received

indispensable to all of our engineering studies.
Dr. David Jay -
Chairman of the Department of Biomedical Research from the National
Institute of Cardiology.
Dr. Jay helped me to frame the arguments I have
presented regarding avian flu concerns. He believes that our system may in
fact be an answer to the problem that is being discussed. He is working
with viruses to make blood vessels in the heart healthy. Dr Jay says, “If
we fragmented the populations of pigs in Mexico it would stop the
evolution of the avian flu virus via this pathway.
Dr. Francisco Gurría – Former National Director of
heath Issues and Enforcement for Agriculture
Francisco is a veterinarian who has wide knowledge
relate to our project. He helped me understand the real world complexities
that are related to my system. He assured me that there would be no
